Kälte AG, based in Münchenstein, is an owner-managed family business with around 50 employees. We are the point of contact for our customers in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning and energy technology and cover all areas from enquiry, engineering, implementation, support and maintenance to decommissioning.
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a refrigeration technician or equivalent education/training
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility
- Reliability, conscientiousness, and independence
- Willingness to work, flexibility, and resilience
- Thoughtful and reliable working style
- Experience with modern IT tools
- Good manners and sociability towards customers and colleagues, with a friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Driver's license Category B
Your Tasks
- You independently manage projects from the offer phase to handover
- Consulting with our customers and determining their needs
- Coordinating schedules with installation teams, customers, and suppliers
- Collaborating with installation and service managers and technicians
