Our experienced staff handle maintenance, repairs, and remote monitoring of your system quickly, competently, and effectively. Our service technicians are available around the clock for troubleshooting all types of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. With professionally equipped service vehicles and the latest tools, we can offer you efficient fault resolution.

Regular maintenance ensures the functionality of your system, reduces repair costs, extends its lifespan, and thus preserves its value. We offer maintenance and upkeep tailored to your system, carried out periodically.

Upon request, we can equip your refrigeration and cooling systems with electronic controls. From a simple regulator to complete monitoring and recording of the required temperatures and technical data around the clock, everything is possible.

Faults and temperature deviations are reported directly to our remote monitoring center. The transmitted data is analyzed, and it is determined whether the issue can be resolved remotely or if a technician needs to be dispatched immediately for troubleshooting.

No matter if you originally purchased from a Kältering company or elsewhere, our warehouse carries a wide range of spare parts. If something is not in stock, we will procure it for you as quickly as possible.

We are happy to send spare parts for self-installation upon request. Of course, these can also be installed by our service technicians.

Please note that spare parts that, according to legal regulations, may only be installed by certified refrigeration technicians will only be shipped to specialized companies or installed by our service technicians. This particularly applies to parts that come into direct contact with refrigerants.
