After many decades as Managing Director, Thomas Schindler has decided to hand over responsibility for our company.
As of May 1, 2026, Fabian Schindler will take over the management and lead the family business into the next generation.
This ensures the continuation of a family business that has been built on trust, respect, and a strong sense of responsibility for generations.

The transition to the next generation is characterized by mutual trust and a shared mindset: preserving what has proven successful, embracing new opportunities with optimism, and thinking in terms of long-term responsibility. These values were already central to the company’s founder – and they continue to form the foundation of our daily actions.

This important step was celebrated together at a company dinner with employees and their partners. A special photograph shows three generations of the Schindler family – symbolizing a lived connection, not as a look back, but as a shared story with a view to the future.

Thomas Schindler will remain with the company in a different role and will continue to contribute his experience.
