We are pleased to announce that there has been a change in the management of our customer service department as of January 1. Marco Kym has taken over the position of Customer Service Manager. Philippe Boy, who previously held this role, will remain with us until his retirement in spring 2026 and will actively support Marco during the transition phase. This will ensure that our processes continue to run smoothly and that the high standard of service you have come to expect from us is maintained.
